Okay I don't know if anyone else is having this problem but I am replaying Mass Effect 2 or trying whenever I get to the title screen I can't move the cursor or anything I want to start a new game but can't since I am having this problem and I have the PSN version if that makes any difference any help or info is greatly appreciated thank you.

Thank god I thought I was the only one with this problem it might have something to do with the maintenance to PSN but who knows

Hi!
After about the fifth try restarting the game, a screen to accept EA's new user agreement came up and I was able to move into the game. What worked for me was hitting the PS button, quitting the game, and then restarting again, waiting a few minutes, if the game still hasn't gotten past the "Resume", "New Game", etc. screen (with a green triangle on the Connect to EA Servers). Then quit and try again. Eventually a new EA user agreement will pop up, agree, move onto playing.
