Keep Collector Base, Harbinger uses the harvest of earth to finish it quickly,then unleashes it on the resistance,traumatizing the survivors and weakining the morale of the resistance to see a human reaper attacking them,adding a priority mission for Shepard and crew to go back to earth to fight it in order for Anderson to be able to continue the resistance and be able to hold out long enough for Shepard to finish building the Intergalactic Armada
