Has any one done any testing to deterime if the volus adept using 3 or 4 biotic spheres can still reach 200% recharge using the heaviest shotguns/sniper/AR in the game.

I just unlocked the volus adept last night and I'm trying to determine if i spec pure defensive spec that I can carry a heavy shotgun and still max out my skill recharge.
