Grammar ****. Check your own message.

I'll rewrite your words with proper Grammar:

"Because basic Grammar should not be so damn tough. It really is not too much to ask for someone to bother with capitalization and punctuation. You are not E.E. Cummings, buddy."

See the difference?
Educate yourself next time, don't make yourself look like such a fool.

Nice try, but the aforementioned writer made a career out of being that guy who never used capitalization or punctuation in his poetry. But it's cute that you're trying to help. Failing but it's the effort that counts, right?

I know who E.E. Cummings is. His name is still to be capitalized reguardless, it is a name.
I fixed the post for you so that you can properly address the fact that you cannot even use proper Grammar, even though you attack others for it.

Only if one skips from Bronze to Gold/Plat with a level 9 Vanguard wielding an Avenger II, for example. =P

I personally don't look down on them. I mean we were always there and it's not mandatory to bump up. I should be doing Golds only but I prefer Silver.

If people who don't like to compete in a higher difficulty or don't even try when they join I have a problem, it's hard to play public golds if some hot heads think they can just win.

I am sorry, I should of said "consider quitting online games all together". Singleplayer? who cares, but you shouldn't do the disservice of EVER having to subject anyone to your incompetence if you have a hard time playing something above Bronze on a regular basis.

And as we can see, some people have clearly never left life's bronze level of social interaction.  I guess life's silver is where you learn things like politeness, and having respect for others.  Probably still stuck on singleplayer...  :?

They shouldn't be. I play Bronze a lot because I typically start the game by myself. If people join, cool, but if not I prefer to solo Bronze. I'm doing this to have fun, not gain braggin' rights that mean nothing.

"Looking down" on anyone because of their gaming preference or capability is beyond petty. People should play what they're comfortable with.

The Legion of Tryhards (which consist of at least 99% of these forums) look down upon people who play on Bronze.

Lol true dat! Bronze is fun to experiment with and handy for solo runs to boost character levels. Nearly everyone plays bronze here, people who look down on bronze only players come on why so serious!:P

+10 for both of these posts.

I'm a Gold Player. I look down on Silver and Bronze players, but I don't look up to Platinum players as they don't exist (Just claim to).

I'm a Silver Player. I Look up to Gold Players, and I look down on Bronze Players.

I'm a Bronze Player. I know my place !

i feel like the idea of this thread is what does it take for you to look at a bronze player and say wow they suck. for me its an n7 above 600. and i understand that maybe you are doing it because you dont want it to be hard, but i cant help what pops into my head. its not that i necessarily look down on bronze players, more i feel that people that play a lot should not be perennially bronze players. btw by my definition you are a bronze player if you are a detriment to your team on any higher difficulty.

It's called parallel structure. Cummings eschewed the convention for the sake of poetic license and post-modernism and preferred to present his name as before mentioned. In doing so, I drew a parallel to al's lack of structure. For the record, "grammar" doesn't require capitalization and I take it "reguardless" is a typo. So again, your claim of "you cannot even use proper [g]rammar" is mistaken.

In any case, I can only speak for myself, but I can't remember ever playing a Platinum PUG and not running into missile glitchers. Apparently people have already found a new exploit post-patch from what I've been hearing?

another thing i have noticed is the vast majority of commentors say they believe thatt the majority of the bsn does "look down on bronze players" but they(the person posting) dont. given the overwhelming response, this is either not true or the people that think the other way cant be bothered to actually comment which begs the question, why even make the thread? i guess hindsight is 20/20 but still. o thought of another reason the people that wanted to express their opinions that did not think with the majority decided not to bother because people are ridiculous and cannot just accept someones opinion

Mhm, exactly. That's a very healthy attitude.

However, some people just don't feel well if they don't have someone to put down. How will they take care of their e-peen if they don't have all these bronze players so that they can feel superior to someone?  It makes me feel from that old yearbook quote - "It's not enough that I succeeed, others should fail."

well to be fair there is psychlogical evidence that suggests that people cannot be happy unless someone else is, even if it is subconcious. for example person a enjoys having a girlfriend at least more than he would otherwise because his best friend person b does not have a girlfriend

Check back a few pages. Real life can get in the way of gaming making frequent Gold or Plat runs all but impossible for some players, so it's a bit baffling that some folks think players that prefer lower difficulties as being lazy or that N7 score is the end-all-be-all of player skill.

Oh, and in a fire.

Who cares if people play on bronze... or silver or gold or plat.

Just a quick reminder to everyone- This is supposed to be for FUN. Play on what you like.
Personally I find bronze to easy. I find silver to easy w. a group. And that means.... nothing. I play what I play to have fun. You should play whatever you have fun in and not be worrying about what other people think of you over a video game.

I never understood the elitism in video games. I'm currently ranked 71 World and 41 US for challenge pts ... BIG FRIGGEN DEAL. lol does it really matter? Why would anyone care what people think of you for playing on whatever difficulty you want to play on? lol Video games are serious business I guess huh.
