Sorry if this has been posted, but when you complete a mastery the parts of the group that weren't 100% carry over to the next challenge, however this prevents the mastery from being unlocked a second time.

Posting this on behalf of a friend who cycled reapers twice.  On his second go at the Reaper mastery he has all categories under reaper maxed at 100% however it still states that he only has 12/15 challenges completed before he can gain the mastery again.
