A couple days after the Retaliation DLC launched, I managed to unlock the volus adept, the volus engineer, and character training for my female quarian engineer (pretty sure I unlocked some weapon upgrades too, but I can't remember what those are). That same day, I also reset the powers on my N7 Demolisher.

The following day, I started up multiplayer to find that the volus characters were locked, the character training for my quarian disappeared, and that my Demolisher had reverted to the old power settings and my reset count went back up by 1.

Obviously I can just do another reset on the Demolisher, but is there any way to get back everything that previously unlocked? I'm betting the answer is "no," but it never hurts to ask...

I just loaded up the game to play a Volus I unlocked just after the DLC pack was released to find my Volus also missing... I'm rather disappointed. How do we get this fixed?

I've had the same issue. Prior to the update I had the Salarian Infiltrator (I don't know if I lost any weapons - I mostly play as power classes) but after it appeared locked - as if I'd never had it in the first place. This is more of a nuisance than a downright problem as I fortunately didn't play as this character much. I would not have been impressed if I lost any of my Adepts, especially the regular Asari.

I'd like to offer adivce or tips to you guys on how to fix the issue but alas I have no idea. I, like you, are just waiting to say how it resolves.

As a further note, I contacted Bioware/EA support and was told to come here because they couldn't do anything about it.

Cudos on getting the Volus by the way, I really hope the issue gets resolved and you get them back.
