Dear BioWare,
Until you figure out what direction you want to reconfigure and adjust the Geth faction, please, for the love of all that is good and holy, please, please, PLEASE DELETE THEM FROM THE GODDAMN GAME.
Thanks,

Can we let balance changes address them first?
That actually touches on the point, actually. BioWare *will* adjust the Geth. They just haven't decided on *how* to orient and adjust them yet, as a faction.
Hence the request; until BioWare decides on how to go about adjusting them, make them not available as enemies.

I'll tell you exactly how they will adjust them: more stunlock.tetsutsuru wrote...

They are little less pia,if you are using incendiary ammo.Fire explosions really help.Chozo_Lord wrote...
My krogan vanguard says otherwise. Though to be fair geth bombers are a complete pain in the ass.

Keep hearing the geth are hard. Really build-dependant, IMO. The geth are far and away the easiest enemy for melee builds, since they don't have any units that could sync kill, and are basically cannon fodder for any kit that has abilities that are particularly effective against synthetics, such as Overload, Energy Drain or Sabotage.
Let me straighten up some of that.
Firstly, the Geth are not difficult. Their difficulty is fake. They're cheap. And all their units cheat by violating game mechanics. When players do that, they are banned by Earnest Tse's team. When the Geth faction does this, and have been doing this for MONTHS now, they are still, to-date, in rotation and selectable?
Secondly, let's be a little more specific. The Geth are NOT easy for melee builds in general. They are easily countered by melee/CQC Krogan Vanguards, and that's it.
Even a DPS-build N7 Destroyer gets disrupted by the Geth's cheapness. While he doesn't get stunlocked, activity that would normally stunlock anyone else interrupts his DPS ability; impacts reset his weapons' ramp-up mode from high back to low. Which should not be the case. And doesn't make any sense either. When you shoot at a Cerberus Turret, does it slow-down and/or stop shooting at you?
The Pyro has a tank full of flammable propellant, yet it can dodge, and now, can't be grabbed over counters? Yet the Turian Soldier/Sentinel can't even side-step?
The Geth Prime's little drone pet was finally fixed and in can actually shoot now. But guess what, the little incinerate-looking bolts it shoots cause stagger too! Just like every single f*king unit they've got. Fantastic.

play some collectors matches, then go back to geth, they will magically become easier...
I'd actually play against Collectors (Gold) all-day than play one match versus Geth on any difficulty.
Collectors on Gold feel like actually having to work to earn credits.
The Geth are just full of bulls**t.

That doesn't make sense, does it?
Yeah, I personally don't like the Bombers so much. I'd rather have my back against the wall with a hundred Geth Troopers rushing at me than an open plain with one Geth Bomber following me from behind.

I say get rid of them, and fix the geth and introduce Geth Hoppers again ( if you wanna force players out of cover)

I don't know, man. I hate to sound like a broken record, but if these are the problems you're having, you really should maybe look into selecting more suitable builds to fight the geth, or revising your tactics. Kroguard is a good choice for melee, but so is any kit with the ability to dodge -- you hit an enemy, staggering them, dodge to avoid being surrounded, repeat. Obviously, this won't work against large crowds (especially if there are a lot of Pyros), but luckily the Prime and the bombers are the only geth who AREN'T easily staggered, so any AoE power renders mobs effectively harmless, especially the ones I mentioned above. The Prime, meanwhile, are slow as ****, so it's an easy task to avoid them while you get rid of the small fry.tetsutsuru wrote...

If you don't have any such powers and aren't focusing on melee, well, I guess things really started going down the ****ter the minute you let the geth get close and personal in the first place. Some maps (read: Glacier) are admittedly pretty small, so avoiding the enemy can be tough, but again, foresight. If at least one player isn't prepared to fight geth in U/U/G, you're gonna have a bad time.
