I will be buying DA3 as bad as DA2 was i still liked playing the game as a mage so if the online dose not effect the offline story im good i would like it better if they used the origins skill trees dident like the way it was in DA2.
What ONE thing would cause you to not buy DA3?

Bad artistic ending.
I want to be happy when I finish a game... not in need of therapy. Is that too much to ask?

I will not buy DA3 if the combat is anything like it was in Dragon Age 2, and I will be very sad as Dragon Age Origins gave me, personally, probably the best gaming experience ever.
Trying out the demo of DA2 left me heartbroken, especially the rogue animations. First I tried to console myself that I just could avoid playing a rogue, but sadly remembered that I would no doubt be running into enemy rogues with such outlandish and cartoonish moves.

Hawke being killed off-screen. I love my Hawke and I don't this character to be treated like dirt. I want to be able to play it again. I would also love to have Hawke as an optional PC.

After SOOO many game-breaking bugs in the DA and ME games, I will not be buying at launch. Regardless of my enthusiasm, regardless of marketing. I will be watching the fora and if seems like the game was properly tested and patched prior to release, I will purchase.
(Example: The bug with Hawke's attack speed with Isabela or Sebastian's special passive ability)

I'll buy it regardless. Sure, there were things that could have been better in both games, but I'd like to see where the story goes. The gremlins are what I'm afraid of and how quickly they can be addressed.

1. Multiplayer, if it takes away from story
2. Dialogue wheel
3. Hacknslash crpg hybrid; please Bioware stick with one and make it good
For example if you go in a hacknslash direction please have a variety of combat animation cycles so I will have variety when mashing a all the time just stick to 1 direction and don't spread yourself too thin of course I'd rather it be a crpg but if this is the direction you want to go in for a more visceral combat oriented fashion please just get it right
4. Autodialog
And thats it, after two bum games imo i am not holding my breath
I honestly believe Bioware needs to move onto another franchise instead of screwing up their old ones

The excited to see what's in store but if there is one thing that would not make me buy the game it would be a mutliplayer that took away from the main story. I really hope they do this one right because since it was announced I've been very anxious

If the game requires Origin to run (so i can´t get it through Steam or retail, for example) then i won´t buy it. If the game is exceptionally good, i might buy it later on to show some support for bioware (and gift it to someone). This is where i put the line, and the reason why i didn´t buy ME3 either, which proved a good decision later on anyway.

If anybody tells me not to buy it, they have to kill me to stop my quest. There are however, two reasons that can convince me.
1) I can't afford it.
2) It ONLY comes out for next-gen console.

The only thing that I was concerned over was reusing the same environments over and over. But apparently it's already been stated it won't happen again.
I have shockingly high hopes for DA3.

Turning the game into a mandatory button smashing experience (either no pause, no auto-attack or QTE)

Id need my choices to actually matter. Meaning different choices = different consequences and the dev quotes need to reflect whats actually in the game.

One word: Origin.
Other than that my hopes are sky high for this game, even though DA2 could have been so much more. >.>

Too many things...
1. Auto-dialogue and Paraphrasing(I'm counting it as one thing)
2. Being forced to play as only humans
3. On-Rail Plot.
4. Hipster Anders.(Look it up.)
5. Reusing the same cave or room(like in DA2)
6. Morrigann(Or any other DA:O character) is a companion again(I'm worried about how they'll handle her character, if she'll get a transformation like Anders and Merrill did.)
7. MP that effects SP and plot
8. Voice Protagonist that limits personality(Sarcastic, Angry and Kind answers all sound like different people somehow...)
9. If it's more about action than the story and role playing
Althought, to be honest, I would probably buy DA3 no matter what. I just wouldn't preorder it like I did with DA2... So disappointed...

Hard to pick one thing, to be honest...
Protagonist dying? I had enough of this cr*p in ME3. I want a plain boring happy ending now. And, you know, "artistic integrity" *sight*.
No boss battles?
Too good/ too evil/ random and plain boring characters?
Bad players reviews?..
Really hard to say. I guess if it gets bad reviews from players. After ME3 I am not going to buy it the first day the game's out regardless.
