Auto-dialogue, keep that BS out of my game please. It's definatly a dealbreaker if it's more than we got previously.
A plot that is just as awful as the one in ME3. Endings that are just as horrible as the ones in ME3, i want to either say "That was awesome" or do a fistbump when i reach the credits, not leaving my room in a quest to find more alcohol.
What this bloke said.
For the love of whatever cosmic force is out there, if you're going to shove a voiced player character down my throat, at least still present me with the option to RP him/her/it. Auto-dialouge just takes me further out of the experience of a non-JRPG.
Indeed. My biggest criticism of voiced protagonists.

This. Hated it in ME, glad they fixed it.SporkFu wrote...
if multi-player has any effect on how the single-player story plays out.
Lack of romances would be very dissapointing... but not to the point not to buy the game. But since this is Bioware I don't think it can happen.

Autodialogue is THE worst thing ever in a freaking Bioware game.
Bioware with all the respect from a humble fan.. Cut the poop!

DAO mage combat and shuffle....urgh
DAO Approval system & gift spamming
DAII jarring time jumps
DAII repetetive enviroments
DAII rushed effects (Awful crowd NPCs, rushed and bugged endings, sterile UI...)

Well, if it were literally out of a hat I might find that tremendously entertaining.ioannisdenton wrote...
Terrible fast paced combat with TONS of enemies coming out of a wizard's hat
For me, the decision will be made based on the demo and what I read about MP. If I get even a hint that my choices for then ending are limited if I have not done MP I will buy the game used, someday. If I hate the demo I'll pick DA3 up from the bargain bin. But if BioWare pinky-swears they won't make me MP to get the best possible ending and the demo rocks my socks I'm pre-ordering.

I'm afraid I'm not in love with the DA gameplay and stories quite enough for that to be the sole reason to play.

Oh, I am sure there is something - however unlikely - that would be a deal breaker.
C'mon, give it a try.
If they force me to play as a female would be the only deal-breaker I can think of, that or forced as non-human.

If I'm forced to play as male character.
You know it never even occurred to me this could be an issue. This alone is the sole reason I could not drown my gamer angst in the arms of the Witcher 2. I hate playing a male PC its a complete disconnect. in a non rpg its not so bad though I will always choose a female avatar when given the option but it just never occurred to me this would even be an issue in Bioware.
This would definately automatically be a dealbreaker and whats more I would not even look back in longing. Not how I look yearningly at Witcher 2 and wish....

you should look at the witcher as a non-rpg then. Its got a decent story. Always choosing male characters, I would have played it if the witcher was female only.
