I placed three orders on Bioware store over six weeks ago and so far I have not received anything else than the order confirmation and a bill for the purchases in my Mastercard bill. No shipping notification or no products have arrived.
Today I tried to access the Bioware store to contact customerservice but the store is offline due to mainenance. Does anyone know an email address for the customerservice?
Feels like it's time to give them a few lines and a chance to explain themselves before I contact my bank about billingfraud.
