Hi! 

I placed three orders on Bioware store over six weeks ago and so far I have not received anything else than the order confirmation and a bill for the purchases in my Mastercard bill. No shipping notification or no products have arrived. 

Today I tried to access the Bioware store to contact customerservice but the store is offline due to mainenance. Does anyone know an email address for the customerservice?

Feels like it's time to give them a few lines and a chance to explain themselves before I contact my bank about billingfraud.

Hello, this is the email they state in the confirmation/shipment emails to contact.

Did you pre-order anything? Did you order instock items with a pre-order item? Instock items won't ship until the pre-order item is ready to ship.

Turns out there was an error at their end. The orders never shipped. They sent them to me right away with upgraded shipping and I got 10USD store credits as an compensation. I hope I won't be getting any extra taxes because I'm receiving three orders combined, but so far I'm pleased with how things are advancing.
