For further clarification, certain ingame sound detonations (So far, offhost, other player's Dark Channel Impacts and Sticky Grenade Detonations and ALL possessed collector deaths regardless of host or who killed it) result in a soundfile that seems to ignore ALL 'sound effects settings' and plays them at a very loud volume, regardless of wether said 'sound effects settings' is at 0% of 100%.
I have a set up where I use a monitor connected to the Xbox 360, with a headset that plays both sound and game volume through the speakers for sound.
