 So, im playing on PC and ive been wasting away to get them challenges done. However, my "volus adept extractions" count has stopped to 8/10 and wont budge! 

Also, recently promoting my characters hasnt "promoted" them away- the same character names and their color builds remain as level 1 chars straight after extraction.

are these bugs perhaps linked, and could they be fixed? thankees!
