Hi,
I just registered my dragon age retail box and bought $7.00 worth of points for the Warden's Keep add-on. However, when I try to buy it, the link sends me to the page to buy more points. Also, when I attempt to use the "Dragon Age Origins>Official DLC" drop-down link, I'm told that:
"An Error Has Occurred
You do not have permission to view this page." <_<
Please Help,
- Ian

Same problem here...although, I can't even manage to buy the points....but I also get the same error on the "Official DLC" link.
The circle-jerk you get put through on this website, trying to simply give them money, is really freakin' annoying.

I'm encountering the same issue, Dubhlainn. It is quite annoying. Any word on when this might be resolved?

I turned in my code for my Blood Dragon armor and it never showed up in game.... I refuse to " buy " more downloadable content till this is fixed.

I added some points with paypal, they only appear at the ,,available content, in the game menu, when the DA is online. But there is no content to download.

I've been trying to download Return to Ostagar for more than a month, with my always-working paypal account, and it kept giving me the error message in the final step of the process. I opened a new account in paypal to start fresh, but it was even worse (could never get to the paypal part of the process). when I try to pay directly with a card (not as safe as paypal) it doesn't accept any.
I've tried to buy the DLC more than 50 times, in many different ways and people are feeling tired of being legit, trying to give them money for the extras and finding themselves in this absurd loop. Please, fix it ASAP.

I've been trying to buy Bioware points for PC, but both my perfectly valid credit cards keep getting rejected. The cards work fine for other online purchases, so they are not the problem. Is bioware's store just busted?
Frustrating, because the downloadable content looks great, but I've got no way to buy it.
