They never did tell us what happened to the people on the Citadel, did they?

Well Aria won't be on the Citadel for long once the Omega DLC is released. As for the rest, it could be possible that they'll explain upon it in a future DLC (Citadel DLC?) later down the track.

Because you know, it's not as though we payed enough already for the complete game or anything.

This was one of my biggest issues with the ending and still waiting for the DLC to explain, but am hopeful. The question Weekes answered was misleading, it answered part but not the actual question most had. I got that some may have escaped or survived due to how the Citadel was built the issue was the invasion itself. Who died when the Reapers took over not after Crucible.

If you mean "did any charaters that I know, like Bailey, or Barla Von die?" then the answer is ... you just have to speculate.

But Patrick was basically trying to reassure people that just because you saw the Reapers make off with the Citadel and later you saw an explosion and fire doesn't mean that EVERYONE died.

Great question, BTW.  That was one of my biggest issues w/ the original ending.  It definitely left open the idea that Shepard can be rescued (...or recovered...).

The sad thing is I could care less about Bailey, Barla Von, heck even the girl at docks (she was saved by Turian guy and escaped on shuttle in my head though). I only want to know what happened to Mrs Charr - Ereba she needs to survive.

I'd settle for an email from a few of the survivors. Maybe before Earth you get message from Bailey saying he got out with some survivors including orphaned girl and a pregnant Asari who took down a squad of Cannibals on way to shuttle. He now on route to London to help in war effort.

They're all fine, going about their business as usual.

Didn't you see the Citadel wards whilst you were talking to the Illusive Man? Traffic and house lights and everything. Maybe Reaper servitude isn't so bad.

I very much assume they are all dead, unless reapers are idiots. Indocrinated troops would have gone through the station floor by floor surely. Only anybody who escaped before Citadel was captured or managed to find somewhere amazing to hide could have escaped imo.

It'd be nice if something from the Prothean counterattack came to fruition -- maybe something like the Keepers were programmed by the Prothean scientists to evacuate organics in the event of Reaper attack.

I'd like to know what happened to them while Cerberus was invading. I mean, I saw about a total of ten people, most of them getting gunned down, but where were all these people? I know that there were more killed behind the scenes, but what of the one's that survived? Where were they?
