 I have had a BSN account for a while yet it won't let me log on to it. I had to create a new one to make this post. I have changed my password over a dozen times, I've waited 24 hours and still nothing. Why won't it work?! :crying:

It works on the EA website. It always has. It just seems to be this website. I really don't know what is going on.

I really want to find out how to get my account to work properly for the N7HQ. Any idea how my account can work properly? It works perfectly with EA and Origin.

The majority of the time, when you refer to your "account", it's got to do with matters outside of Jeff's and Jesse's purview. Have you tried EA Help yet?

Scroll down on this page to the Help column, select the link for "Bioware Game Support", and then work your way to getting in the queue for the Chatline.

Hi everyone,

For all questions about your account, game code, and game registration, please get in contact with an EA Game Advisor.

You need to log in with your Origin account and then choose "Product", "Category", and "Platform" to see the contact options.

I've tried looking for this search column you're talking about but I can't find it. It doesn't have it at the bottom of the EA website. I click on Support which takes me to EA Help Centre but I still can't find anything. I tried to contact them but it's only for any products. Can you provide anymore information or am I just as blind as a bat?

You told me there was a Bioware Game Support column at the bottom of the page, yet I can't find it on EA.com or EA Help Centre.

Read what I wrote, not what you think that I may have written. There's a HELP column at the bottom of every forum Index page (it's at the bottom of the page this thread is on). The four columns are Genres, EA.Com, Help, and Corporate. The Chatline is called Live Chat these days, after you get to the EA Help site.

Oh! Sorry. I thought you were telling me there was the colummn on the EA site. However I can't use the Chatline unless I enter a product. Or have I not to click on 'Contact Us'?

I don't mean to sound rude, but do you know when my account will become available to use again? I've managed to contact EA a few says ago, yet they still haven't contacted me back but I guess I can't argue if you guys and EA are busy.

EA Help is for game owners.  If you owned none of their games, they wouldn't feel obligated to offer any support.  Your forum profile reflects zero games registered to this profile, so they may have a point there.  The older profile has two Xbox 360 games, so why don't you choose one or the other of those when it's time to fill in a product while getting into the Live Chat queue?
