Hmmmm given the fact they have had pieces of omega dlc in a lot of stuff like levithean the actual game and even that weapons pack for SP I think it might. I am not saying it will but maybe

Bioware probably won't give our shepards true closure until probably me4 if we kept our save files

Yeah, you get to read an entry about shepard recovering in a mentalhospital during which time he/she got assasinated by the last living Geth, Legionis. after interrogation the Geth claimed it was the only reasonable way to end the otherwise eternal bloodfeud between Synthetics and Organics.

Yes. If you saved the Collector Base you will get an access to Reaper algorithms Cerberus downloaded from the preserved Base. If you saved the Rachni Queen, her workers will be able to implement the code into the Crucible's systems and modify it to target only Reapers in Destroy, saving Geth & EDI.

I wish it would. I'm hoping based on comments made by devs on twitter and other places that they have this big secret plan and that wasn't the actual ending but everything including the dlc's are going to come together eventually with a final dlc that will reveal the actual ending.
