You think Omega will have an effect on the ending

- If it does not: then the Omega DLC is pointless.
- If it does: then Bioware is going back on their word, and is selling ending content.
No way out.

Leviathan was a different story. and it didn´t have any impact which was terrible. just a few lines of dialouge thats it.

Maybe some tweaked dialouge or a few extra scenes, but no substational story changes unfortunately.
This. Just like Leviathan.
Pretty much.
I don't think there will be any ending tweaks actually.
Leviathan had a reason to tweak the ending in that the Leviathans created the Catalyst. With the big reveal of that DLC, they had to add at least few new lines to the conversation with the Catalyst, since the Leviathans were linked to the origins of both the Catalyst and the Reapers.
Unlike Leviathan I don't see how Omega will tie into the ending at all.
For the record, none of the above is intended as criticism. Just an observation.

if the include something on the end than you get few new lines.
But the chance is very low. So dont hold for it.

Can't see it - but I have to ask, why would Shep bother to help Aria take back Omega when the Reapers are attacking the galaxy? I know there were a few side quests in the main game which this comment could relate to as well (ie - why bother with all that is happening), but to realistically make Shepard forget the War Effort to take back a rouge space station? Why would he do that?
On the surface Omega sounds like a distraction from the war effort, but I'm guessing the writers will throw in something that gives it strategic importance in the big picture. Originally back when Omega was supposed to be part of the main game, retaking Omega was how Shepard obtained the Terminus mercenaries. In the released product however Shepard ends up obtaining the Terminus mercenaries entirely through missions on the Citadel. I'm guessing the DLC won't change that, but instead tetaking Omega will either be attached to new war assets or it will be presented in a way that makes retaking it seem vital to foiling the Reapers' plans.

For me Omega, Leviathian, or any other DLC is utterly pointless (storyline-wise) if after recruiting the ancient apex species for the war effort and receiving their Reaper controlling devices, uncovering the secrets of Omega / Omega 4 Relay, and convincing Aria to devote her full attention to combating the Reapers the Catalyst still essentially says :
"None of that matters. Now pick R, B, or G."
If people can play Omega for the self contained story more power to you, but I can't stomach playing a quality mission, and gathering massive war-altering "allies" and/or secrets to not see it affect the ending in any meaningful way.

Well, from the books we know Omega has some tie in to the Reapers (as in they may have built it). And Cerberus has a stated reason for why Omega is important, but I wouldn't be surprised if the stated reason is just a red herring TIM uses to hide a more sinister reason for attacking and holding Omega. But given what we know right now... I agree with you.

Just like what happened with Leviathan, some people are setting themselves to be dissapointed....
I'm just saying what I would like to see the DLC do. If Omega is not going to have an effect on the ending (apart from a few lines with the Catalyst) then I will not but it. YouTube comes in handy in situations like these.

Marauder Shields also gets a companion end boss to try to stop you from seeing the crappy ending: Swarmer! Fear him.

Of course, I don't expect anything, so I'm not expecting to buy. But that's okay. I'll just visit the Sword Coast instead of Omega

How is it a bad thing?
I actually like collecting all the war assets, it gives me a comforting feeling
Point in fact, I hope bioware releases just a war asset DLC for 5-10 dollars.
