all my achievements is reset after load a local save (because the save in the cloud are old) ...
Anyone else have this problem?

I believe archievements are saved localy in your C:\\Users\\[UserName]\\Documents\\BioWare\\Mass Effect 3\\Save folder. If this file gets deleted you lose your accomplished archievements. At least that happened to me.

Something similar happened to me, but with the Leviathan DLC, the achievements would not unlock and it even took away the From Ashes ones, but after a while, the From Ashes ones returned though the Leviathan achievements remained locked despite me not only doing multiple playthroughs of it, but also doing everything the achievements specified to unlock them.
