In your opinion what is better: the firefight dlc or groundside resistance?
Are the weapons in groundside resistance before or after the multiplayer patches? For example does the Typhoon only have the 1.5 damage increase after it is fully ramped up or is it 2.0 like it was before the patch?

Unfortunately, the N7 Typhoon light machine gun in the Groundside Resistance Weapons DLC pack for single player suffers from the bug where its recoil increases by 100% each time the weapon's level is increased. This bug previously existed in the multiplayer version before it was corrected in one of the weekly balance changes.

I feel like I will not be spending $4 on "gun packs" as dlc. If ME3 had a bundle for all the DLC (missions, gun packs, etc.) at discount, I would most definitely purchase it. I love the Mass Effect universe, but after purchasing the CE out of love for the series it's tough for me to think about spending $19 on additional content. $100 for one video game seems like too much in my opinion.

Krysae is now good fun in SP, though more so given to squadmates, but the Typhoon levelled up is pretty unusable. The recoil and inaccuracy are such that at full RoF it is too uncontrollable. Squadmates do ok with it, but with a reduced RoF of course, but unless this gets fixed then I can't see myself ever choosing it as a main weapon in SP. However, the Pyranha has done the unexpected and made me like shotguns, which normally I avoid like the plague, so that is a bonus and worth it for me.

The Firefight DLC has several different weapons that I can make use of as a sentinel, the only class I play in SP (in particular the BPP SMG. I love that thing). As for the Groundside Resistance DLC...not a single weapon interests me. If I got this DLC it would be strictly so I could give some of the new weapons to squadmates. So the likelihood of me picking this up is very, very small.

The Typhoon is sadly not needed in the SP because its more designed to pulverize bigger targets and in sp they are realy way too less of them. Also in Sp you need to sneak out of cover and pick a single target and go back to cover. This is not possible with its charge up.
Thats why the cerberus harrier is way better, of course you need to be able to aim always at the head.

Is it simply misplaced somewhere on the store or did us Irish players not get the Pack?

One quick question: did you download the Playstation Store update
I have downloaded the Playstation Store update as i have access to the new Playstation store i looked for the pack in the Mass Effect 3 Add-on section but it's not there.
I also looked for the Groundside Resistance Weapon Pack using the store search feature and i also tried the Downloadable Content option on the Mass Effect 3 game menu and again nothing.
I'm starting to think the team at Sony who add content to the Irish store forget to add it.
