I have downloaded the Playstation Store update as i have access to the new Playstation store i looked for the pack in the Mass Effect 3 Add-on section but it's not there.
 I also looked for the Groundside Resistance Weapon Pack using the store search feature and i also tried the Downloadable Content option on the Mass Effect 3 game menu and again nothing. I'm starting to think the team at Sony who add content to the Irish store forget to add it.

So no progress yet  if i don''t get a reply by early tomorrow I'm going to post about the missing Groundside Resistance Weapon Pack on the EU Playstation Store Update Blog hopefully someone who is in contact with the Store team can look into this for us.

Hey everyone i posted on the Playstation Forum and someone posted a guide that they used to find the pack i have tried this myelf and i too found the pack.

Here is the guide that was posted with a bit of clearing up by me

Go to the store and select games then ps3 add on's and
then go to all add ons and do A -Z sort. Then scroll down quite a bit until you get
to the M's you should eventually see Mass Effect 2 DLC and Mass Effect 3 DLC you should see it there with the others.

Hopefully Sony can fix this so people can find it easier.

That heavy machine gun could be more powerful. Example you shoot cerberus troppers like crazy and it take a while to take them down if you dont point that between the eyes ofcourse, they shoot you 2 and you are alrady without the shield and couple more shots and you are dead.

I'm with some of the others - while this is nice what I'd really like is some MP exclusive powers to make their way to single player. Annihilation field, some of the slashes, and so forth.

I'ts really nice to see some more SP content, but i really think you should consider balancing the Venom shotgun, and the previously releases Adas assault rifle. Just at level I they're a bit too powerful even on insanity, which makes a lot of the other weapons already in the game obsolete, and makes upgrading these DLC weapons to higher levels unnecessary.
or maybe you could add a new difficulty level in SP? I just think that SP is getting a little too easy compared to MP

I bought the pack (groundside) and downloaded it a week ago, and am just before the Tuchanka Genophage cure mission, and they still have not shown up on the Citadel at stores, been found in missions, or available in the procurement interface, not a single one of them.

Are they supposed to be available right away when you DL the pack? I got the firefight pack too and everything is available already in that one. Hope I didnt download it for nothing, it wasn't free...

You get them in your weapon bench. You don't receive an e-mail or something, they just get there.

Went to the weapons bench in the shuttle bay and the citadel firing range with no luck. Should I just delete it and redownload it? Could it have something to with what patch I have? I'm on the xbox 360.

You sure? Maybe you only have too much Weapons...

Ok, your patch is the most recent? Do you have all the MP DLC Installed? That's all I can think of...

But if it doesn't appear, try seeing if the Download is really complete, if so, try to delete and redownload it again.

There is no amount of weapons limit if that' what you mean.

My patch is the most recent. I have all of the MP DLC

The download has to be complete because if it wasnt it would show as a corrupted file with a !! logo in my storage. Also it wouldnt work in game, which it does when I sign on.

This is 100% a DRM issue. Further, it's the same issue with Omega and Citadel - they only register/work if I load a save while signed in to Xbox Live online.

 Is there any chance that Bioware will add multiplayer exlcusive weapons to the single player campaign? I mean weapons suc has the Collector SMG, sniper rifle and assault rifle. I really want to use these weapons but I can't access the multiplayer due to internet issues
