And Mass Effect 3 was meant to learn from DA 2's reception. Hopefully the reception to both ME 3 and DA 2 are enough for the DA team to kick it up a notch and make DA 3 a really good game.

Build a huge ending, give the player time to enjoy what they achieved, bring some cool epilogue. The rest of ME3 was great.

That a player who didn't buy Arrival, doesn't know, why Shepard starts in front of a tribunal, is great?

You clearly don't being that Shepard is in front of the tribunal for a completly different reason if the player did not play arrival.
Anderson explains it, with arrival it's because of the events of arrival, with out it it's because of being with cerberus.

It's one thing to complain about the story but it's another to complain about not understanding about something that is clearly explained.

Which makes no sense. With Arrival Shepard goes back so that the Batarians don´t start a war. With Cerberus, all Shepard manages is to waste months of preparation against the Reapers. If you handed the CB to TIM, it´s even worse, as Shepard should still be working with him, not tell him to GTFA. They should have made Arrival canon whether you played or not.

Your missing the fact here your dealing with a human council that does not beleive the reapers exsist. That that into account. Add the fact the we don't want to have the aliance ageinst us beforethe reaper war starts.

That´s not the point. Without Arrival Shepard has no reason to hand him/herself to the Alliance. S/he gained nothing from it, Hackett had already forbidden action against him/her, and could even have regained Spectre status and be out of legal reach. All s/he managed was to waste six months of readying against the Reapers. They screwed up when they removed the trial and made Arrival optional.

Those kinds of things are going to be unavoidable, gamers aren't going to buy every piece of DLC that's released.   They have to make things optional or non-DLC players will struggle to keep the continuity of their own game experiences moving forward.

Granted, However you don`t need any of the DLC to regain your Spectre status, you just need to either put Anderson on the council, or save the Destiny Ascension.  This itself should have been simple enough to factor into the game.

But if they took the time to work on the ending instead of stupid multiplayer this topic wouldn't even exist.

This is usually my response too, but don't forget money was allocated to that team. Part of the budget was allocated to hiring a MP team when it could have gone somewhere else. More voice actors? Writers? Who knows?

However I think the point is hardly worth arguing. MP is a thing a lot of people enjoy and it appears has had some success from the number of 'operations' and events the ME3 one has had since launch. I suspect we will all have to just get used to it.

It was if you wanted the breath scene.  The only reason you can get it now without MP is because they reduced the required number of War Assets.
