Does the shield boost of the volus stack with the stim pack/geth turret/demolisher pylon?

How
does shield boosting work? When you put a shield boosting equipment on
say, a turian ghost, does the percentage of increase add up from the raw
score or does it include the stim pack?

With a destroyer, does a
gear or equipment percentage of increase add up from the base or
including the shields added with devastator mode?
