Orlesians! Orlesians! They will be everywhere you turn in DA3! 

Is anyone else "looking" forward to hearing their accents everywhere you go? And having Orlesian "studs" hitting on you with ever breath you magic away..



Please Bioware, please! Let someone invade Orlais before we play DA3! So we have some sane, normal people to talk and listen to during the game...

Because that includes silly hats and if some stupid mage/templar war prevents me from getting my silly hats, I will go third party and eradicate them both.

Just about everyone so far i've met in the DA universe can't stand the Orlesians, no idea why...

Leliana's is the only good one to date, and Cassandra isn't Orlesian but love her accent.

I asked what it was you saw as being part of the "purity" of Thedas, but you've listed things associated with Orlais (or mostly one Orlesian character). So...is Orlais the blight, or is it the purity?

We haven't met a lot of Orlesians, nor interacted greatly with the ones we have, other than Leliana. It seems that you are assuming that all Orlesians are similar to that small handful. That's quite a broad generalization there.

If it is for game lore that Orlesians are to be not liked, then more than likely my character won't be happy to see them. But if my character is one in the game, I think it would be a bit of fresh air to play as one.

I mean, wasn't Aveline's father from there? She was awesome.

Of the four things you listed, I'm love stinky cheeses and am fond of silly hats and wall flowers. So those are selling points. One can only hope the graphics warriors will slay the demon of ugly haircuts in time for DAI.

As for silly accents, Marjolaine and Isolde were a bit much but Leliana was pleasant and Riordan sounded like pure sex.
