So............now that I'm a level 20 adept, my volus adept has all five of his powers maxed out and a point balance of -21 points. Even while leveling up, he would have extra points, then negative points, and back and forth. Is this intentional or an issue?

I am sure it is an issue as i had the same happen to me several times with the Turian Havoc soldier. I go to spec skills and find i have massive skill reserves beyond normal capacity but every time i see this it is like the host senses it and leaves. Waiting a min and go back just to find skills are back to normal. If your skills are already speced though it stays that way until promotion.

I just encounted the same thing with my Volus Engineer. My Volus is at level 17, and i have maxed out all his powers.. Which is pretty cool.. i guess thats why they are considered Gods..
