Hello, i got DA:O for christmas on my xbox 360 and i created an account on Bioware so i can see my charactor stats etc but its not being updated. The email address i was using for my xbox was a random one so i changed my email address on my XBL account to a @live.co.uk account (Hotmail) so i can link up my profile to my xbox. My xbox has connected to the Dragon Age network etc but nothing still.. any help?

I have also noticed that most PC users have their profiles updated but console users are having the issues mostly.

Dunno abut xbox, but on PC doing a manual save (not a quicksave) will often 'force' an update.



Some people say that changing a piece of equipment before doing the manual save makes it work. I can't confirm that it makes a difference.

It's got nothings to do with pc vs console. There's a thread in this forum about profiles updating slowly or not at all. It's right near the top. I suggest you read it, heres the link:

I have an issue with my profile if anyone could possibly lend a hand. I made an account yesterday and for some reason or another its using an old PSN of mine instead of the one I signed in on.

I'm not sure how this happened but I worry that when i do start updating my profile on the site that it won't be accurate as it is using the wrong PSN id.
