Just unlocked the krogan shaman and wondering if anybody knows any decent builds for him yet, since he seems like a walking biotic tank!

putting anything in barriar makes your cooldowns longer and your defense weaker.
unless you plan on using a cyclonic mod every round, he is arguably much better with a adrenaline mod.

6/6/6/0/6 seems it might work... BEs aren't affected by power damage bonuses so... yeah. Literal walking artillery, instead of the usual glass cannons.

But if you're just goint to use him for warp/shockwave, the human adept is better. Less shields, but the human has a dodge. Plus, the passive is pretty much useless for all biotics since biotic damage has no effect on biotic explosion damage. I'd go 6/6/6/0/6 and equip a shotgun. Have him be an close-quarters adept/tank hybrid.

Power Damage doesn't modify Biosplosions. The Cooldown lose on Barrier is negligible and all the health/shields in the world mean nothing without DR. If you have an Acolyte 1, you're good to go. I run him with Incendiary ammo. Shoot - Warp(Fire Explosion) - Shockwave(Biotic Explosion). Congratulations, it's probably dead.
Hazzard Giant. Unknows enemy (geth) 173K (25Kish from Missles) Woah.

66644.
Enjoys the best benefits of all the skill trees, and still has a hugely healthy stack of health and shields.

A Krogan is different. He has more defense and doesn't need to duck back into cover as often therefore it's better to utilize his weapons. Skipping the weapon boost tree completely doesn't work to his advantages.
Also the tree boosts his carrying capacity by 50.
That said, I am still torn at which guns to carry on him. Currently using the Reegar for CQC and Acolyte for long range shield stripping. Not bad but still looking for something better.
I try to have the cooldown at a low. But most of the time I am not focusing on doing BEs myself. My Reegar does most of the damage after a warp. And a teammate could pick up on the detonation.
Also, an Acolyte shot > Shockwave in close range means dead mooks on gold.
The human adept is great focusing on BE because he doesn't have as much up time and needs those dodges. Design a class to its strength.

^ Some interesting points there.
I can't work out how to play this character. Even with good cooldowns, managing to warp then shockwave an enemy is pretty hit and miss.

This build works really well for me: http://narida.pytalh...9@0MEIL@0@0@0@0
Barrier: Just like tech armor this is now awsome.
Warp: Pierce, detonate and expose. Nuff said.
Shockwave: Detonate evolution is a must but evo 6 is not really required.
Passive: 5 ranks for maximum power damage.
Fitness: 4 ranks for even more shields.
Weapon: Wraith offers a very good damage to weight ratio. Acolyte is another good option.
