So, I found myself with 480 bioware points after buying the recent firefight pack, and decided that I may as well blow them on some spectre packs, as I had not touched multiplayer for some time. However, after purchasing said packs, they did not appear.

I did not worry about it much, as packs had not appeared before when my internet connection was acting less than stellar, and they would always pop up next time I bought a pack. So I purchased a cheap pack with what little credits I had, and received it, but the three spectre packs I purchased did not tag along with it as usual

So basically, I am wondering, where do I go/who do I contact to either:
1. Get my packs; or
2. Have my points refunded

(Inb4 "You spent bioware points on a pack!?" )

good luck with this, this has happened to me over 12 times, and when you email them they want your bioware points purchase order #, then they say OH WELL you have b een awarded your points, but i know i got the points, i didnt get the premium spectre packs, then when you send that email you dont even get the same customer service representative, you get a totally new person who doesnt read the last email, and they ask you for the bioware points purchase # again, its just a vicious circle of bullcrap, dont bother trying to get your points or packs, ive been trying for 5 months.   its why i  nolonger buy bioware points unless its for DLC. they have lost alot of money from me in this way
