Yesterday, I attempted to purchase Bioware points, specifically for the ME3 Leviathan DLC. However, after putting in my card info, Origin gave me Error Code NU2021, which it said was from attempting to purchase Bioware points through a third-party website. I was not. I was going directly through Origin in ME3. My account also appears to have been charged despite receiving no Bioware points.

Been getting this error code myself while trying to purchase the Omega DLC. Both times I've attempted to buy the bioware points to get the DLC? I've gotten that same error code. I've -still- got two pending charges on my bank account for said points that I STILL haven't been refunded yet. Waiting on an email from tech support, though I think I'm just going to call them again. How long did it take you to resolve things?

I get the error code (NU2021) when attempting to purchase "Omega". And I have not been successfull in contacting anyone.....phone, e-mail, forum, Origin site, or through the game. What's up with this type of service? Thank you for some help.

This is highly annoying, I've attempted 3x to purchase points/DLC for Mass Effect 3 either Omega, Leviathan, or even The Citadel but I keep getting that nu2021 error. I was told they'd return my cash after the 3 business day period has passed...hopefully they do because I'm going to be very upset if they don't. What's up with this error anyways?

The Origin system has its own Help Menu with a direct choice leading to Live Chat (Game Adviser), and Answers HQ has the Self-Help forum for the Origin System.
