I have this problem, and I followed these instructions :
If you are unsure whether you have a cd key installed do the following:

-  Run the daoriginsconfig.exe application - if you can't find it, it should be in your bin_ship folder in the directory   you installed Dragon Age to.
-  On the bar on the left side of the screen, click 'Game'
-  There will be a box near the bottom of the window called 'Product Keys'
-  If you have a cd key installed, it will be listed in that window, if not please install your cd key.

But my CD key is installed, it is listed in that window. So what should I do ?
