If you look close both had red glowy eyes.  It's more noticeable on the woman but the man has it, too.

Everyone's talking about them being mages.  I wonder that there's not more attention on the fact they're wearing what looks like the Seeker emblem.

They also made Qunari in Seeker armor concept for DA2, don't think we should put too much into it. Other than it will come true (more or less) in DA:I.

It's pinkeye case close.
