{{{ EDIT: This Topic was Made AFTER  I had learned of Bioware's intention to Investigate Bronze and Silver.

I made it so that poeple could know, that they were going to do so, and suggest what changes you would like to see/propose}}}

(*all of these are in no particular order)

Silver:

I would like to suggest taking a look at "Wave Data".  (what the game decides to spawn for a wave)

wave 11: is the one of the leading contributers to the large spike in difficulty

other waves... I'll leave up to Bioware to look at and decide how best to handle. (you may still suggest stuff though)

Dragoons: thier  Hit points reduced or # per wave reduced

Atlas speed, Damage, # at a time looked at.

Nemisis: limit of 2 at a time.  (this is to speed up the time it takes to finish a wave. 3 tends to drag out the time it takes to finish a wave, by having to look for them. especially if there are 2-3 left at the end of a wave. they like to hide out in some corner on the bigger maps when they are the last one's left sometimes.)

the scions damage looked at. (please, remember this is for silver I'm talking about)

Possed units limited to 1 at a time (with no limit to # of times).   (Boss lvl enemies limited to 1 a wave though)

Xp increased by 5%
___________________________________________________

BRONZE:

Wave Data looked at also.

Atlas: it's damage and speed looked at.  (it's misslie Damage over time especially)

Dragoons:  HP, speed, ranged damage, melee damage lowered
# per wave limited.

The Avenger, Katana: all buffed.  amount of damage and "ammo"  increased LVL X damage by 5% ammount in clip increased by 15, spare ammo increased by 50
(LVL 1 damage the same as lvl 10, all that changes is weight and ammo when leveling up.)  Posted Image

Collectors HP looked at.

Pretorians Limit of one per wave. (also cannot be possed)
Scions Damage Nerfed. and time it limits shield regen lowered

Banshees HP looked at (because of the Pathing issues resolved) (Armor lowered)

and the stomping of canibals (vomiting) and Muraders. the time before they decide to stomp increased. time it takes to stomp increased.

Pyro HP nerf Just for bronze  (armor lowered shields stay the same)
Bomber damage and HP nerf just for bronze  (could have a speed decrease also)

payout increased by 5000.

___________________________________
GOLD: Wave 7 Collector: looked at.
_____________
Platinum:  one random Unit of different "factions" added to wave Data for Wave 1.  (could be anything)
_______________________________

Friendly Fire mode: Dev's HP boosted by 200(200^200000)%

Not facing a veritable football team of Dragoons coming at you would be nice.

Scions not being able to drop you to nearly dead with one shot from 300 yards away.

Enemies not starting to form a queue to stomp you before you've even hit the ground.

Get bombers not hunting in packs of 2 or 3 & turning your hack location into a minefield when a couple of primes have you in a crossfire.

Just a few first thoughts...

Enemy accuracy is through the roof. Just insane even on bronze.

Don't play bronze.
Dabble in silver to get me some medi-gel.
Nothing wrong with silver

"Possessd units limited to 1 at a time (with no limit to # of times). (Boss lvl enemies limited to 1 a wave though)"
No, sounds terrible to me

Drop of enemy accuracy by about 10% on Bronze, 5% on Silver, or something like that.

considering you can solo bronze with virtually any class and any gun, I'd say it's fine as it is.

Don't complain about the game being too hard, the game is supposed to be a challenge.

Fixing enemies stomping you immediately on Bronze would be nice.

I play Bronze or Silver mostly all the time and I don't really have a problem, besides with the Collectors. I don't even try anymore. They are crazy overpowered to me... It was probably intended that way, and I get it, but on Bronze? :(

Thank you, it needs to be done.  While Bronze is still too easy for me and Silver is comfortable, I play with people who were, before the patch and DLC, overmatched on Silver and are now feeling that way on Bronze.

And before someone says "L2Play", they can't get any better, they're either too old (70+) or handicapped.  Why force them out of the game entirely when before Bronze was fine for them?

Bronze and silver are fine. Gold is the problem. I have played games where entire waves were nothing but phantoms, atlases, and dragoons with some engineers to ensure my was totally FUBAR. Scion, phantoms, turrets, and dragoons need to be re-thought. Badly.

So does that mean no changes for Gold/Platinum at all, or there's just nothing planned for them in next weeks balance changes?

I mean...it is kinda bad that Possessed Praetorians have over 2x the armor Banshees have.

what exactly?

boss lvl limited to 1 a wave

or

units limited to 1 at a time (with no limit to # of times)

with no limit to  of times it'd feel like ME2 with Harby "assuming Direct control" every time we killed what ever it was controling

Silver is fine the way it is. If you are struggling on silver go back to bronze.

Or you could just make them the Kansas City Chiefs.

Just fix the shield/health gate mechanics. There is no denying that they are indeed broken to some degree. Just get those working again and I'll deal with whatever overpowered nonsense you decide to add to the factions.

With the exception of the Silver extraction, I think bronze and silver work really well (but it could be that I'm better at the game now than newcomers who might start there). I think Gold against Cerberus could use a little tweaking because of the Dragoon/Phantom swarms, but that's it. Just my two cents...

Seconding the notion that boss tier enemies shouldn't be possessed en masse. Trying to fight a pair of Possessed Scions and a Possessed Praetorian at the same time is not fun.

If I may offer a suggestion:

I noticed there's a "Husk" achievement......and the Points to successfully obtain this Award is very high.

If possible can Bioware lower the points? Also with any other Enemy that doesn't spawn very often?

Unless there's Husk "Horde" mode or Zombie etc.... getting this achievement will take forever...in fact I don't think anybody will be able to obtain this ahcivement

just a suggestion B)

The shields and health gate are working. The problem is the change in enemy spawning and the obscene amounts of damge they deal. For example if you even step in range of a turret or three phantoms, you are going down, no questions asked, no forgiveness at all. None.

I just think the payout per minute should be a wee bit closer to gold for silver than it is as of now.

If suggesting something would it be that perhaps the Geth Bombers being either not so common, or that they were not armoured on the lowest difficulties. Especially typical biotic users can take much time taking them out.

Also more limited use of Swarms as one can cause serious problems for any power users. Perhaps removed completely from bronze, and/or fewer also on silver?

The range on possessed Scions can also be troubling, and/or the timer on the clusters of grenades.

Collectors in general seems to have bit much staggering effects.

The way rockets (from Rocket Troopers glitching multiple missiles after players) curving around and beyond corners is quite unpredictable. Perhaps that is slight cases of lag, I don't know, but I never host so that might explain it. I Know I am not the only one that find it bit magical at times.

No problem with matches for Bronze and Silver for Reapers, Geth and Cerberus; Collectors are another issue. Some Bronze matches vs Collectors feel like Silver - biggest problem units are the Scions and also when Troopers & Captains mass and then melee during a Hack objective. Reducing the melee may help as well as a wider spread of grenades thrown by Scions.

The game is fine, I would rather have it his way then be too easy. Only concern is to buff the beginner weapons do you dont get as overwhelmed. Otherwise it's just making things more interesting and more of a team play
