Don't make them easier, just make the payout better. 20k for bronze and 40k for silver. One veteran pack per bronze match would level up new players equiptment much faster. Two silver matches would net you a spectre and a veteran.

Silver is definitely upped, i used to play that difficulty and it was just a bit more to kill and slightly more damage taken than on bronze, but now...well people are dying all the time. Wave 3 Hack Objective on Firebase Jade against the Geth....i counted at least 8 - 10 Geth Bombers swarming us during the time it took 4 players to complete the hack.
