I was just wondering. Why aren't the tents used for sleeping or sleeping with other people?

The first scene in camp after Lothering where you wake up from your bad dream/nightmare you're sleeping outside. It's like your bedroll is outside. 

All of the "sex scenes" seem to take place outside.  In Alistair's, for example, you can see the campfire and plants.  I would've figured that Morrigan might be an exhibitionist, but not Alistair.  With Leliana, you wake up outside and she's watching you.  Again, I didn't figure Leliana would be an exhibitionist.
