Yawn.
As it stands, I'm only looking forward to a few characters. Turian Saboteur, Vorcha Hunter, Asari Valkyrie, Asari Huntress, and Batarian Brawler. The rest are pretty disappointing, and I didn't even think a Drell Infiltrator could be disappointing.

Drell Infiltrator disappointing? How is recon mine, tactical cloak and homing grenades disappointing? That sounds epic.

As for the look. Bioware made 16 new characters; I'm not really gonna be choosy for the looks. and In my opinion it's just a heavily armored human male adept, whats wrong with warp and shockwave?
Wouldn't you rather get a smaller amount that are unique over copy and paste additions? I certainly would. The look is a wasted opportunity and frankly lazy.

Quarian Marksman is disappointing?
Until Marksman gets a "Bonus Power" evo, pretty much, yeah. I expect quality from Quarian soldiers, and Marksman is mediocre.

Drell Infiltrator disappointing?
Forcing the fastest race in the game into a camper role is quite disappointing in my opinion. I was looking forward to him till his moveset was revealed.

Agreed. The moveset is head scratchingly bad for the Drell. Many of these supposed "new" characters have seemingly throw a dart at a board ability sets. Little thought given to any of them passed the initial Turians and Volus.

Because Krogans are Melee machines, I feel the built should have went something like this.
Barrier
Annihilation Field
Throw
Activate Barrier
Activate Annihilation Field
Rush into a group of enemies
They get toasted by Annihilation Field
Detonate a BE with Barrier explosion or Throw till your heart's content.

The only way it would be good is if you can use Homing Grenade mid-flip dodge.
Personally I'd think a Drell "Assassin" would be better with a power like Phase Disruptor.
Before you complain about the Barrier weakening, I'd say Tac Cloak as a "Hide and Recover" power.

Biotic Rage detonates BEs with Heavy Melee which would further make Annihilation Field a much better option.

The character-design budget was exhausted on the Volus it seems.
Unfortunately believable.

He's fine as he is. If he wasn't going to get any new powers, then the ones he got are more than acceptable. Krogan are naturally among the hardest to kill in the game by sheer brute force, he has Barrier for even more resiliance and he has the single most damaging Biotic combo possible in the current multiplayer. He has the quad to take shots while being in the danger zone Shockwave requires, carries a ton of weight so he can use far better weapons than most Adepts and on top of all that he has one of the better heavy melee attacks if things get dicey. Short of making up new powers, he's the best a Krogan Adept could be without just being cheap.

BW should have done something unique for the Shaman, just feels like a lazy, cut and paste job. A unique power(I can't think of any right now) would've gone a long way in making this character better.
Slam is an obvious thematically fitting choice, but apparently they didn't want to adapt it to MP. Which considering that no new character appearances or powers are being added past the Volus and new Turians probably shouldn't come as a surprise. <_<

How does Recon Mine + Homing Grenade force you to camp?
Because they both have heavy delays between activation and effect, and the Drell has notoriously low defenses. He was able to work as an adept and vanguard because his powers aided his defenses (Biotic Charge and Reave) and all are fast trigger abilities.
The Drell Infiltrator lacks any defense augmentations, has slow to activate abilities, one which leaves him exposed for a long time, and Tac Cloak which inhibits shield recharge. As well, if you want to do any noticeable damage with his powers, you'll have to sacrifice fitness even more.
