Did you know that Vorcha only are dominated and deterred by individual physical force and direct applications of violence?

This is actually incorrect. It requires reading some planet descriptions, but that habit of the vorcha is more cultural than inherent; socialized vorcha aren't all that uncommon, though such efforts tend to need to be organized by other species, generally asari.

You could physically deter him, but how are you going to do that when you are a starship sized creature? I mean, you could always indoctinate and use a thrall but... how are you going to choose who to enthrall? Are you going to enthrall a Krogran? How do you decide who deserves to be enthralled versus killed?

For that, I have multiplayer's gift to Control, the Collectors. I plan to expand their ranks to replace the husks and other ground troops, as the Collectors seem to be more intelligent and wouldn't necessarily invoke the primal fear of Reaper converts. And I can see many applications for their technology. I would, of course, try to improve them to remove their tendencies to break down in painful manners; strip their design of its contempt, and perhaps allow them more free will.

Nope, I didn't act on anything.  But yes, the Krogan who did kill that
clan of greedy volus bankers who were holding back loans to Krogan
businesses is standing right behind me in my house.  And I am not
getting out of the way for your Husks to aprehend him.  My family aren't
leaving the house either.  You are not Krogan and we have our own
justice system whcih says killing usury-loving greedy bankers is OK.
What are you going to do about it?

Seeker swarms. I'm sorry, but you will get out of my way.

How can you increase the collectors? They are dead, and there are no Protheans to fill their ranks

They're back in multiplayer. They haven't shown up in the single-player war yet, but just blowing up one base didn't wipe them out completely.

Come on man, I call party foul... I love talking about the finer points of Vorcha etiquitte as much as the next guy, but you can't comment on how to define harm or aggression?  I'm seriously interested on how you would do that as robo-shepard

Harm is deliberate action to damage another in some way. I obviously don't have to concern myself with that sort of thing on small levels, and will allow the rest of the galaxy to govern itself relatively free of oversight.

Your reluctance to assist me with petit larceny in my neighborhood is causing me great harm, because leading criminology theories stipulate that without swift deterence, minor crimes will escalate.

And come on there's like 900,000,000,000,000 Krogan and there was only 300,000 Volus on that moon, it really is pretty minor in comparisson since the lives of half our people are a lot better now because of that extra supply of moon shoes.

Now you, personally, are making indoctrination look very tempting sometimes. However, I'm trying to avoid outright dictatorial measures here, and leaving this sort of thing to local law enforcement unless they want the use of my seeker swarms.

Whoa, whoa, whoa, local law enforcement!?

Let me tell you Dr. Robo-shepard, this dude Archangel totally thinks I'm a criminal like he told me he's tired of dealing with bureaucratic red tape and wants to get the job done... But if he would just stop chasing me like a mad man with his sniper rifle and actually LOOK at that red tape, he'd see I actually did have a permit to kill debtors on Omega as a bounty hunter by Asari high command! PLEASE HELP ME DR. ROBO!!

Depends on the severity I would guess.

But, because we all know how the galaxy works, Shepardlyst will eventuASSUMING CONTROL.

As opposed to letting a conflict like the Krogan rebellions go on?

And why shouldn't it?  You think it's fine and dandy for an alien species to fly down, give you guns, tell you to go crawl in caves to blow up giant insects, and then mess with your ability to birth children when they don't like your goals/ambitions that aren't in line with their own? And then to really top it off, they only cure what they did to you when they need you to save their own skins?!

If I was a Krogan I would absolutely want the Krogan rebellions to go on.  Why should some dude from Earth turned robo-God tell me I can't?

It's been over a thousand years. The people who were responsible for all that are either long dead or very old by now.

With that mentality the cycle would just repeat itself over and over. The Salarians could easily hit them again with the genophage and the Krogan would be right back to where they started.

If I'm not allowed to have that mentality, then what are you going to do about it?  Rewrite me?  Kill me for thinking differently? That's a load of crap.  What if I tell you that to your face?  What if a lot of folks agree with me and get in your face too, a lot of survivors of the hegemony of the krogan or whoever... What if they all stand with me in front of your Shepard-Reaper-tanks and you tell me to disperse and I don't.  What are you going to do, run me over?

Are you role-playing as a Krogan? Just making sure.

No I won't kill you for having those views. If you act on your feelings and start killing non-Krogans on that premise then I will send the Reapers to take care of you. That's the law mofo.

Nope, I didn't act on anything.  But yes, the Krogan who did kill that clan of greedy volus bankers who were holding back loans to Krogan businesses is standing right behind me in my house.  And I am not getting out of the way for your Husks to aprehend him.  My family aren't leaving the house either.  You are not Krogan and we have our own justice system whcih says killing usury-loving greedy bankers is OK.  What are you going to do about it?

The Reapers aren't involved in every case. Only the major ones that could threaten the security of the galaxy majority.

It's similar to how the court systems work today. Where they range from regional to federal.

Yup.  He refs handball tournaments at the 59th street bridge of Tuesdays and went on a couple dates with Vendetta... I hear it isn't working out, though, because they hit some valley of dissolution or whatever

Really?  So that's the future we have to look forward to is Reapers as the special victims unit?  Are Reapers going to pass a clean air act and send Reaper-auditors into my factory because migrant space fleas from Illium are harmed by my cosmic waste dumping too!

Geez first its the County, then the State, then the Feds, now the damn Reaps wanna audit me too!!
