My only regret was not buying collectors edition instead of the standard game.

Since I first completed ME 3 (even before the EC), I have been going back to the earlier games and starting new characters and bringing them up through the entire series.

Is it a perfect ending complete with riding off into the sunset? No, it's better IMHO, in that much still remains up to the imagination of the player.

I don't think people were laughing at the structure and misspelling.
More that you prefer lots of speculation and your only regret was not spending more money on a game that was viewed by many as very disappointing.

Yeah, I'd pre-order it like I did before. I'm sorry, but no matter how much people beat a dead horse, ME3 has still been vastly enjoyable for me and I've already racked up far more time spent on it than it's predecessors. Between the additional content, characters and specific alien story climaxes, and the improved combat coupled with a great additional multiplayer, I love it. Haters gonna hate, trollers gonna troll, and me, I'm going to go back to enjoying arguably one of my favorite games.

No, I wouldn't even accept a free copy of the game. It's trash.

Hell yes. I needed to experience the ending first hand to get a taste of how disgusting - not awful, but disgusting - it is. There was no way in hell I would have ever believed BioWare would pull something of this magnitude off unless I experienced it first hand.

Well, it certainly wasn't why I was laughing at it.

Yep, that's what I was laughing at.

Considering what butthurt implies, the description is apt.  We are because it's like we were promised dinner, a movie, a relationship, and good times, instead someone dropped something shiny on the ground, we bent over to pick it up, and let's just say no one took the time to calibrate anything.  Butthurt ensued.

Yes.
Even though the autodialogue can be painful at times. And with the questionable ending.

That's my feelings on the issue too.   The answer to your question is - yes, knowing what I know now, I would absolutely buy Mass Effect 3.  I do wish I'd bought the Collector's Edition though.  The first game I've pre-ordered in a long time and probably the last one I'll pre-order for a while.  I can't wait to play the whole trilogy through on PS3!

Yes, I do know they have perfecly logical reason to not like the game....But what is there perfictly logical reason to come to bsn and complain about it every day?
That was my point.

Heck, people who lakethe game don't even constaly post it. The second we do, it's flooded with hate comments.

So no, it not a case of a pot calling the kettle black.

And everytime someone voices displeasure at the endings or the game in general, the same group of people flood the thread complaining about complainers. Whining about whiners. Instead of just avoiding the thread and ignoring it, they choose to complain about it. Every.single.thread. If you're so tired of seeing people complain, why bother reading and participating in the thread? Pot. Kettle. That was my point.

You're not even getting it....I'll give you an example....
http://social.biowar.../index/14524400

I made this topic about a concept of a ME game duringthe 2 years Shepard was dead as a side story to the main plot.......And some of the main complaints about it was that they  did not like concept because of  the ending of ME3 ....Note, this topic has nothing to do with the ending of ME3 nor prasing it in anyway.....You can go into any topic and see this pop up.

This is not a case of the pot calling the kettle black.... You guy are just sitting here hating over the ending.Everywhere..

Does that make any sense to you?

Maybe that should tell you something, like that more people here and everywhere I've looked dislike the endings.  You keep calling it hating and you need to grow up.  This is a product we paid money for and it's like some batch of monkeys wrote an ending to it and told you it was intellectual.  You don't want to appear dumb so you agree with that, but intelligent people (not me) and actual published writers with some bona fides with which to speak have called it dreck.  You can call it hate all you want, but I'd sooner hate an inanimate object (a game) than spread the real hatred for real people that is often expressed by your ilk.

wow exactly tis...haters ZZZzzzzZZZ yes some peole need grow up....Image IPB

I'd go all the way back to 2007 and tell myself to never get invested in the series in the first place.

I never played ME1, but the $20 I payed for ME2 was worth every single cent.

Jack was worth it.

May be one of my favourite things I ever read. Pretty much what happened too.

Most Definitely, I enjoyed the ride, ending and all. While I don't claim the ending to be great, I wouldn't call it the worst ending ever. At least I knew I was at the ending. Want to see the worst ending to a video game that was fun and exciting? Play RAGE.

I would DEFINITELY play ME3. I would buy it in June 27th 2012 though.
After the EC was released.

I would NEVER have preordered or bought new.

I loved the EC ending; but the fact that it wasn't part of the original game shows exactly why I'll never preorder a Bioware or EA game again.

Yes. Even the ending wasn't that bad after all. Only weapon holstering could tease me to piracy, but overall it's a perfect game.
