Would have just bought standard digital version instead CE disc version. And would have skipped singleplayer and went straight to multiplayer.

Definitely would have cancelled the pre order. What a waste of money. Thank goodness they never did that super collectors edition that there was some speculation about, because I probably would have forked the money over for that, not knowing any better.

It makes me incredibly sad to say that no, I absolutely would not buy it. (...And I am genuinely shocked to realise that.)

And the reason is not so much because ME3 was such a disappointment; rather because the game has now utterly destroyed the pleasure I used to get from replaying ME1 and ME2 - two of the greatest and most beloved gaming experiences I have ever had.

Knowing that ME1 and 2 were all in service of a conclusion that has such a vile message at its heart has soured my ability to return to them at all - and I would gladly, gleefully, allow myself to believe that ME3 never existed if it would give those two experiences back.

Based on the nametag, I'm guessing that KiwiQuiche might be located somewhere near my region (Australia).  

Prices on games in general down here are absurd.  I payed $130 for my Collector's Edition (on sale); and given that our currency was at relative parity with the US at the time we seemed (and still seem) to be getting hosed.
