I don't know why but every now and then when i open a new tab or click on a website or link, it freezes and the issues "website not responding" keeps coming up.

It freezes everything i do and all my tabs disappear and then re-appear, some don't so i have search for it again.

Anyone know how i can solve this?

Get a different web browser. I'm a Firefox man, myself.

What is causing this? My internet provider? I can't be Windows itself surely.

I've grown to mistrust IE since Windows XP so don't blame your provider before you tried other kinds of browsers (Firefox, Opera, Chrome). Microsoft tends to half-ass their internet browser, or rig it with way too many software genuine checking codes to put things politely.

Yeah, there's a reason why so many people use other browsers.

The solution to Internet Explorer problems is not using Internet Explorer.
