What was the previous problem? (It's likely connected, don't you think?}
(OK, in edit, I see that it was not.) however, there are a lot of these threads that the SEARCH could have found. It has been asked and answered a LOT!) Right now there are two currently active message threads about the same error on the index's top page, one of which I just moved up to the top. You should have all the answer(s) you need from those, such as the name of an appropriate replacement.
Good luck.

Did you see if you could get translations of the two message threads about the same thing?
Video cards grow old and have to be recyclced. They cannot be used much longer than about four years, maybe five if they started out as "High End" cards.
The game thinks that your video card is too old or too lacking in functions (and it turned out to be correct). The minimum card it looks for is the Geforce 7600 GT. What is your card? You kept from answering that question way too long.

If you haven't done so yet, register your game so you get a pretty D underneath your name. =)

Well, we crossed replies, somehow. I guess the web site here was too slow posting your newest one, about the old video card. And it is really too old. The game was correct. That card can't run in this game. Something newer is needed, and it should be better than that one was all those years ago when it was still new.
The most reasonably priced cards here in the US that will run the game are various versions of the ATI Radeon HD 4560, for $45 to $65 in USD. Personally, I am not at all acquainted with the markets for PC Computer parts out of North America.
If you hadn't known enough about the machine to have answered, that was at least part of why this brand new article was posted here a couple of hours ago:

( In English, which is my primary language. I get along well enough in Spanish to shop for groceries in Latino markets, and to order meals in local cafes that cater to Spanish speakers, but I wouldn't try writing a technical article in that language. )

You'll have to buy it for yourself. Neither Bioware nor EA will buy the card for you, exactly as you already have been told.
