I have the $5 I need to buy 400 BioWare Points, but I am unable to purchase them.

It is constantly saying:

"Youve experienced error code NU2001. This means there was either a problem processing your billing information or the transaction. If you continue to see this error please contact EA Help via the game-specific HELP link for assistance."


What the hell is going on? I only want 400 points.

having the same problem and i just purchased 800 pts last week.. no answer to my email to EA yet either and i sent it 3 days ago.

Well i dont have NU2001 but NU 1010 but the effect is the same
