I have the $5 I need to buy 400 BioWare Points, but I am unable to purchase them.
It is constantly saying:
"Youve experienced error code NU2001. This means there was either a problem processing your billing information or the transaction. If you continue to see this error please contact EA Help via the game-specific HELP link for assistance."
What the hell is going on? I only want 400 points.
BioWare, why can't I purchase BioWare Points????

I have been trying over and over again. I mean, what the hell am I going to do when the Omega DLC is playable? Sit there and watch others have fun with it because I am no longer able to buy points?

you have a few ways to try n buy the points tbh, via the bsn, via origin (there listed as a dlc /addon) via origin ingame if you attempt to buy a pack
personally i use the bsn points page cos it allows me to use paypal which is more convenient than origin which inssists on card payments for points ><

That's the problem. I couldn't buy them on my BSN account, not even on my origin account. What if I were to go the the Origin Site itself?

What the others said, wait a day and try again. If it still doesn't work, contact EA Customer Support.
And don't speculate for when Omega will be available; it doesn't come out for a more than a month from now, chill. You'll certainly have BioWare points by then to buy it, regardless of whatever issue you are having.
