When I talk to Levi Dryden, I can select the option to help him and he says he'll put it on my map, but it doesn't show up. The quest exclaimation point is still above Levi's head. Any suggestions?

You have to talk to him again and agree to go there now.

Try backing everything up, then uninstalling and reinstalling the DLC. Do back things up tho' in case it goes horribly wrong.
Edit: I left out the sequence of how to unistall then reinstall.
1. Uninstall the DLC.
2. Boot the game up. When the warning message pops up, select 'force load'.
3. When the game is playable, save.
4. Log out completely.
5. Boot the game back up.
6. Install the DLC (There should be an empty box by it. Check the box).
7. Resume play. Talk to Levi. Agree to accept his quest.
8. Leave the camp. On the map select the gold box that is at the top. You should see snow, fog and a very prolix Levi Dryden.

There have been some issues with Dragon Age bought in place A not working with DLC bought in place B (as experienced by myself). I had to solve it by uninstalling my Steam version of Dragon Age and reinstalling it again via Origin.
Not everyone's cup of tea, especially if you don't like Origin, but it worked.

The Ultimate version comes with DA:O, does it not? Have you tried uninstalling the entire game and reinstalling everything from the Ultimate edition?

The manual patch installer won't work if the game is installed in a location other than the default, which I suspect the Gamestop service does (Steam has a similar issue-- though Steam now updates the game to 1.05 through the Steam client program). I charted out some options for your in the other thread you created: http://social.biowar...8781/1#14590043
