I have installed recently the Windows 7, 32 bit, in my computer and only it has given me problems with the Dragon's Age.
To the beginning of the installation of the game, a message appears saying to me that to install the "Microsoft .NET Framework" I need the "Windows XP Service Pack 2 Update Information".
All the extras of the game and the unloads are "not authorize" and, suddenly, yes they are. And so on. It is for the same thing, because the game cannot connect to Internet effectively for the lack of the above mentioned program.
Please, I need help with this.
Out: I ask for excuses if you don't understand me. My English is not good.

You don't need to do anything about any service packs, that I can guarantee, but part of what you are writing about is the Web Site when you are saying you can't get the extra content. There is a separate place to go to ask about why that part isn't working:

I haven't tested the game in Windows 7 -- I have a copy on another PC, but not on my gaming machine.

You could try reinstalling the Microsoft .NET framework (http://www.microsoft...19-81da479ab0d7)
The not authorized problem is usually a result of the Dragon Age Origins Content Updater service not running. And not having the correct version of the .NET framework might have something to do with it. The service is supposed to start when the game is launched, but sometimes isn't all the way up before the game tries to go out to the internet to check the authorization on the DLC.
To verify whether the service is installed correctly and is running:
1.) Press the windows key + R (or click Start and then RUN) and type in services.msc and press ENTER
2.) Locate the Dragon Age: Origins - Content Update in the list of services.
3.) Right click it and select START
If it isn't installed, or there is an error trying to start it there are more troubleshooting tips in the DLC troubleshooting sticky
