 I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong or what, but I'm having some problems with the shamans shockwave.  I've specced his warp and shockwave for radius and such, and come the first wave I manage to get off a few detonations no problem.  Then from wave 2 until about wave 6 or so, my shockwave doesn't set them off. 

I thought it might have something to do with me not hosting, so I hosted and the same thing happened.  My shockwaves would go straight past the enemy and do absolutely no damage to it, even when it was warped.  And when I mean straight past, I mean... almost touching them.  Or on occasion, it would go straight through them and still nothing.  I thought it might be the old 'warp - [someone elses tech ability] - shockwave = nothing', but I even experimented on a lone enemy that no one else was targeting, and the same thing happened.

Then come the later waves, my detonations work again.

I've never used shockwave on any character before until now, because I always heard it was bugged.  Then I heard it was fixed.  Then bugged.  I don't no.

Has anyone else had this, or am I doing something spectacularly wrong?

Good sir, from what you are describing, I am going to assume you play on a PC. If this is the case, you should know by now that PC shockwave's radius evolution has been bugged from day 1 and will only work for the first 5-15 uses and then completely stop working altogether. It is nothing new, and because of it makes several classes completely lackluster if not outright unplayable on the PC. I would not count on bioware fixing it anytime soon since they have yet to address the issue since the game's launch or any of the updates that have been released.

Oh gawd.. seriously!  I knew it was bugged, but I didn't know it was a PC exclusive thing.  Thanks for explaining

Oh well, back to my fury.
