But on topic.  The ending of DA2 was just as atrocious and nonsensical.  At least ME3 had multiple cutscenes at the end.  DA2 had the same final cutscene regardless of the ending choice.

I think that only atleast comparable horror to Mass Effect 3 is the Command & Conquer 4: Tiberian Twilight which is by my standarts so far one of the greater letdowns.

Resident Evil 6 is a good game but therein lies the problem, as it was suppose to be a great, out of this world, type game which it is not.  Ironically Shinji Mikami scrapped Resident Evil 1.5 because as he described it they tried to throw in way to many ingrediants into the pot and they just didn't mix right.  One of the biggest problems with RE6 as has been pointed out by critics and players alike is the lack of an identity and a huge mish mash of elemements that don't fit well together.

Overall right now the video game industry is struggling to produce quality products, I think a big part of it is companies trying to chase the Call of Duty crowd but thats just me.

Master of Orion 3 was really a disaster - and being more like a TBS it didn't have a story like ME. It was ambitious, overhyped and didn't live up to what was said it would be.

The Star Wars prequels were atrocious as are many movies. I remember an exceptional bad attempt in making a movie based on Lem's Solaris - they made an effing love story of it. It's been an insult to even name the movie "Solaris".

And don't mind me remembering the raping of Shakespeare I've seen in some theatres.

Not in video games, no.

Resident Evil 6.

I don't get all the hate for RE6. It was a flawed game, yes, but it wasn't THAT bad. RE5 was worse in my opinion.

For some strange reason, people just don't like Raiden.

The problem wasn't Raiden, it was the fact that it was a major bait and switch. They advertized it as the return of Solid Snake, then early in the game you play as a new character. People expected one thing and got something they didn't expect or want. I understand the outrage there, because that was serious false advertizing.
