Where are they? I got DDE from Steam, used all 3 of my codes and don't have them in my inv like the rest of the DLC. Are these even DLC? Sorry if this has been posted, I tried a search and looked around for a bit, but found nothing.

But where is the vendor? I just started playing last night, and I havea rogue a mage and a warrior, and I really want that staff for my mage... >.<

Saying where and when you run into this vendor would be a spoiler and we're in the no spoilers section. But you really can't possibly miss him if that's any consolation and you run into him pretty early in the game
