Some of those are mine, some were suggested by other people in various threads. I just want to get all this together.
Salarian Eclipse Trooper Soldier
Modeled after the ME2 enemy. Has Flashbang Grenade, a variant of Adrenaline Rush that increases movement speed, and some other combat power like Concussive Shot.
Batarian Engineer
Modeled after the ME1 enemy. Has Overload, Sabotage and Shield Boost (perhaps limited only to himself, unlike the volus one).
Salarian Eclipse Operative Sentinel
Another former ME2 enemy, with Combat Drone, Tech Armor and Incinerate.
Geth Shock Trooper Sentinel
Modeled after the ME1 enemy. Has Shield Boost, Carnage and Geth Barrier (those holographic walls that need to be shot through).
Salarian Biological Warfare Sentinel
An STG operative specializing in covert bioweapon usage. Has Energy Drain, Frag Grenade and a signature power - Plague Drone. This drone seeks out groups of enemies and infects them with a virus that applies some massive debuff (slows them down and/or decreases rate of fire/marksmanship etc.) The virus has a large duration and is contagious - any enemy that approaches a sick unit gets sick too. The drone was specifically upgraded to infect the geth with a computer virus with similar effects.
Geth Vanguard
A unique non-biotic Vanguard. Has Hunter Mode, Carnage (?) and a Tech Charge. The Tech Charge mechanic is different from the Biotic one: if you target an enemy, the Vanguard shoots a fast-traveling charge beacon which hits the enemy (it cannot miss) and then charges into them, causing damage and restoring its shields. If the Charge is used without targeting any enemies, the Vanguard shoots this beacon into some location and then teleports to the beacon after 1 or so second (also restoring shields), making it useful for quick retreating.
