I think it would be keen to give the supply pylon to a non grenade using engineer. There are several really nice non grenade benefits to having the pylon out. But that being said, it would seem that BW is trying to move away from camping, pylon could be seen as an encouragement to camp.

but what about one that creates a semi permanent (90secs or so) electric field.
little tech burst generator.
could have a warp field generator for biotic splodes.

Personally I would love anything that allows me and the team to camp better.
There should be some downsides obviously. If the enemy makes it past your well fortified line you should be rather screwed but if you're smart and work well together I think we should be allowed to do it.

Maps should allow many good camping spots to discourage farming/abusing a specific setup over and over. Variety in that would mean more conservative playstyles without starting a farming plague.

You know, I LOVE the idea of a support/recon infiltrator.
Something similar to the QMI Tac Scan, recon mines, and a focus on pistols or SMGs.
