IMPORTANT - Curve Mode is your best friend in the toolset.

1. Turn off "update keys"

2. Turn on "curve mode"

3. Select object (creature, companion, camera)

4. Set a key frame (k hotkey)

5. Move ahead in timeline and move your object then set another key frame (k hotkey)

Now play from the start.

You will notice smooth movement when your object moves.

NOTE: When you have creatures interacting with each other, the curve mode is your BEST friend in keeping both creatures synced.
