I assume you downloaded Retaliation, thus the Volus Engineers. But the other characters are from Resurgence, Rebellion and Earth DLC. Did you installed all of them?

Well, this actually did the trick
Sorry for making hype over nothing
Topic closed, but I still have no idea why could I play with so many players WITHOUT those DLC's and I couldn't after downloadind Retaliation.
